Looked after Children Senior Practitioner

Seven Social Care is working with Worcestershire Children First to recruit Senior Social Workers and Senior Practitioners for their Looked after Children Service in Children’s Services.

Initial 3 month contract

Children’s Services experience

£33.30 per hour

We are looking for a Senior Social worker to attend LAC Reviews, maintain positive relationships with professionals and Families. You will be required to devise and action Permanency Plans, prepare court work, attend court hearings and work with partner agencies.   

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

Degree approved by the SWE Registration.

Experience: 2+ years working with children as a qualified Social Worker in the UK.

Compliance: Up to date SWE Registration, right to work in the UK and DBS.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
