Mobile Site Manager

Seven Resourcing are currently seeking a Mobile Site Manager to work within Nottinghamshire. This is a full time role, paying £11 – £14 p/h. 

Based at County hall. But will be driving to sites within the South and possibly to t Mansfield area

This will be making sure we have up to date information recorded for our compliance checks. To have some experience in the use of a PC as the compliance data needs downloading.

Grade 3- 37hrs per week.

Need to have the use of a vehicle.

Job Purpose

Site Maintenance Technician will be responsible mainly for the caretaking at Young Peoples Centres and in particular the minor repairs and maintenance of the site and it’s resources as the need arises.

Key Responsibilities

Caretaking duties

Care, maintenance and driving of the Youth Centre vehicles.  This includes coordinating and recording all servicing, MOTs and safety checks (both daily and interval checks at dealers/garages)

Porterage duties when required.

Dealing with matters concerning building maintenance. Carry out  repairs and maintenance projects.

Reporting day to day repairs to NCC and liaise with contractors on site. Recording and signing off works, and undertake follow up calls as appropriate

Attending to the recycling and disposal of waste including the use of incinerators.

Experience

Working with children

Previous caretaking experience

Working with power tools /building repairs

Working and maintaining petrol mowers/grounds equipment

Working under pressure on own and in team to tight deadlines

Working outdoors in a range of weather  conditions
