Neighbourhood Coordinator

Seven Social Care is looking for a Neighbourhood Coordinator at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

ROLE DESCRIPTION

1.1 To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the neighbourhood service teams.

1.2 Oversee the complaints and members enquiry process for the Neighbourhood Services & Sheltered Accommodation teams.

1.3 Provide budget support to the Neighbourhood Services Team, and Sheltered Accommodation teams including being the lead officer for requesting purchases and processing invoices.

1.4 Day to day responsibility for the management and maintenance of the area housing office building.

1.5 Lead officer for facilitating the Sheltered Housing Forum for residents, including agenda planning, minute taking and arranging attendance from key stakeholders including Councillors and any other meetings.

ABOUT THE ROLE You will need to:

1. Working with and supporting Housing Management Project officer.

2. Ensure all relevant correspondence is answered within prescribed timescales and that all complaints, councilor and MP enquiries are answered in accordance with procedures, guidelines and targets. Providing performance reports to managers.

3. Monitor, track and analyses complaints making recommendations on trends and improvements that will reduce volume and pattern of complaints and improve quality of service. Support learning from complaints by working with managers to identify lessons learnt and create action plans to deliver improvements.
