Options Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a Options Officer at Oxford City Council

The role:

Hybrid but able to be fully remote if needed

Clearing backlog of Relief duty overdue cases

Complete HCLIC returns.

Issue HRA paperwork such as Relief Duty Owed and Personalised Housing Plans

Complete enquiries under HRA and comply with Personalised Housing Plan Actions

Complete Not in Priority Need and Intentionally Homeless decision letters.

Carry out assessments under HRA 2017

Carry out emergency assessments for clients facing on-the-day homelessness

Assist with enquires and administration needs for cases in Nightly Charge temporary accommodation

Any other business need that may arise
