Options Team Leader

Seven Social Care is looking for a Options Team Leader at Oxford City Council

The role:

Hybrid but able to be fully remote if needed

Sign off requests for temporary accommodation.

Sign off decision letters such as non-priority and intentionally homeless.

Assist the team with backlog of relief enquiries.

Provide HRA advice and guidance to Options Officers

Assist with HCLIC returns

Duty Senior on a rota basis each week  – assisting triage with emergency approaches and providing guidance to Options Officers for emergency placements/advice

Robust quality assurance with regards to risk assessments

Any other business need
