Outcome Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for an Outcome Manager to fill an exclusive opportunity in Gloucestershire.

 We have opportunities available for up to 12 months and the pay is £350 (Umbrella)per day.

 The Hiring manager is looking for someone who can work 37 hours a week (various shifts available from Monday to Sunday).

The role:

To lead the development, implementation and evaluation of interventions and strategies to protect and improve the public’s health and reduce health inequalities as part of the delivery of Council and wider system priorities.

Working across the commissioning cycle, this is one of several Public Health Manager posts that will work flexibly as a team across the Public Health and Communities’ portfolio of work, with each post taking responsibility for delivering given portfolios and statutory commitments, which will change over time in line with business need.

  Key Responsibilities:

Under the strategic direction of the Public Health and Communities Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will take responsibility for the initiation, planning and delivery of programmes, projects, and policies to meet the strategic objectives of the Public Health and Communities Hub as outlined in the Hub’s Service Plan.

Education/Qualifications:

Graduate/post graduate qualification.

NVQ level 4

GCSE grade A-C
