PA (Personal Assistant)

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary PA to Head of Service in Portsmouth. This position is initially for a period of 6 months and is paying £13.47 (PAYE) or £16.53 (umbrella) per hour. The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. 

The role:

This role will provide Personal Assistant support to the Senior Management Team of Children and Families Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will provide a high level of Personal Assistant support to the Heads of Children and Families and the Deputy Director of Children’s Service.  As part of a small team of Personal Assistants to the Senior Management Team, you will work together to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day administration for the Senior Managers of Children and Families Services.
• You will also provide Personal Assistant support to the Director of Children, Families and Education (DCS), to keep business continuity during the Personal Assistant’s annual leave of absence.
• Duties will include diary and outlook management, scheduling meetings, managing the senior management emails, booking appointments and planning, facilitating and taking minutes in meetings. In addition you will deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries and ensure cover with other PA’s in the Directorate during periods of leave and absence.

Qualifications:

N/A. 

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references. 

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
