PA to Director of Children’s Services

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary PA to work with the Director of Childrens Services in Shefford, Bedfordshire. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £15.34 (PAYE) or £18.92 (umbrella) per hour. The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.

The role:

You will work directly for the Director of Children Services, and their support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• To deliver a high quality and effective administrative support role for the Children Services directorate which includes, but is not limited to, diary management, managing correspondence, meeting management and coordinating administrative support within the wider team.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Acting as a first point of contact for inbound calls and emails.
• Passing on messages to the relevant departments/people.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

N/A.

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.

Compliance: 2 x references and proof of right to work in the UK.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
