Passenger Assistant

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Commercial Manager to work within Oxford County Council.

This position is a temporary Role for 6 months with the possibility to be extended and pays £11.98 – 12.18 (PAYE) or £15.28 – £15.53 (Umbrella) Per Hour.

This role is for 25 hours a week in term time only.

The Role: .

To transport vulnerable clients with dignity and in a safe, caring, and secure manner. To ensure the safety of clients and to actively ensure that all safeguarding procedures are followed, and concerns are raised. Occasionally clients may exhibit difficult behaviour and the Passenger Support Assistant must be able to sensitively manage these behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

• This post holder is responsible for ensuring that all County Safeguarding and Child and Adult Protection policies are adhered to and concerns are raised in accordance with these policies
• The nature of this post will require flexibility to meet urgent work needs as they arise. This will inevitably entail some work outside normal working hours, shift working or from another depot or work location as required. The job description, therefore, is not intended to be exhaustive.
• The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible attitude to the duties which may have to be varied after discussion, subject to the needs of the service and in keeping with the general profile of the post.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: relevant qualifications for this role.

Experience: 2 years’ experience

Compliance: 3 years references. Enhanced DBS on the Update service.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
