Seven Social Care is looking for a Personal Advisor at Walsall Council

The role:

Required- Enhanced DBS with Adults & Children’s Barred List

Possess a relevant professional qualification in health, education, housing or social care – NVQ level 3 or equivalent

Working with care leavers from 17 up to the age of 21/25 Manage caseload of 25 young people Attend professionals meetings Home visits – involves travel outside of Walsall Council Review Pathway plans Keep electronic files up to date Coordiante services Provide advice and guidance
