Seven Social Care is looking for a Personal Advisor to work with Leicestershire Council within their Care Leavers and USAC Team.

x2 PA for the USAC team and x1 PA for the Care Leaver Team.

The role is Hybrid however they would like the candidates to be in the office based for the first 2 weeks to complete training and to meet the team, they will have their caseload of young people with a visiting pattern so candidates will need to be flexible to complete visits as well as team meeting.

Main Responsibilities of the Personal Advisor:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on a range of issues such as financial decisions, career development, or daily problems.
  • Continually evaluate and monitor clients’ situations and adjust advice as necessary.
  • Remain updated with market trends, legal, or industry changes that may impact the client.
  • Document and maintain all client interactions into the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant course.
  • Proven experience in the role of a Personal Advisor or a similar role.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Profounding ability to work confidentially and build trust.
  • Solid knowledge about market trends and changes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on clients’ schedules.
