Placement Administrator

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Placement Administrator to work in Essex. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £12.39 per hour (PAYE and umbrella payment options are available). The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.

The role:

Working as part of the Children’s Placement Team, undertaking a range of duties to ensure that agreed processes are accurately recorded and data is collated. Data will be received, collated, analysed, and presented, to ensure that placement finding is efficient, cost effective and good performance is maintained. The role will provide advice and support across the Service and liaise with colleagues in other teams to ensure consistency across datasets, avoiding duplication and inefficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain recording systems for all placements made, recording, analysing and presenting management information, for a range of purposes and audiences.
  • Complete administrative tasks in relation to children’s placements, new placements, placement moves, placement endings and Distant and Out of Local Authority placements.
  • Complete administrative tasks in relation to providers. Maintaining accurate records of providers and resources.
  • Complete end of year tasks to support the Team Managers and Service Manager.
  • Responsible for the provision of comprehensive and timely business intelligence, to highlight and deliver service improvements.
  • Responsible for analysing data, including customer feedback, to support informed decision making, regarding service developments; measure performance against targets to ensure quality, productivity and value for money.
  • Accurately input and interpret a range of data, providing written reports within defined deadline
  • Collate data to respond to Freedom Of Information Requests.
  • Providing support to the Service in relation to use of Microsoft Office applications and other systems, technical advice and support.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

      Educated to NVQ Administration Level 2 or equivalent by experience with strong administration skills.

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
