Placement Coordinator

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Placement Co-Ordinator to work within Southampton City Council. The main purpose of your role will be t o provide support to the Adult Social Care Teams and to the Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group with tasks relating to sourcing support packages and placements and ensuring that individual contracts are in place.

Some Key Information is highlighted below:

Rate: this role is paying £16.88 per hour via umbrella.

Hours: full time hours, Monday – Friday.

Location: Civic Centre – SO14 7LY

Compliance: Enhanced DBS on update service, Right to Work in the UK.
