Practice Improvement Audit Senior Social Worker

Seven Social Care are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Improvement Audit Senior Social Worker to join our team in Slough, United Kingdom. As a Senior Social Worker, you will work closely with our patients and their families, providing expert care and support. You will have the chance to make a significant impact on their lives, helping to improve their future outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative and effective social work practices that meet the needs of our clients and their families.

2. Conduct regular audits to monitor the quality of social work practice.

3. Identify areas for improved practice and develop action plans to address these areas.

4. Provide professional leadership, support, and guidance to junior members of the social work team.

5. Work effectively with a diverse population of clients, encompassing different backgrounds, experiences, and needs.

6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

7. Create, maintain and regularly update individual client plans based on their unique challenges and goals.

8. Enhance our practice by staying up-to-date with the latest social work theories, policies, and best practices, and sharing this knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

1. A valid Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma) registered with Social Work England.

2. Significant experience in a senior social work role, preferably within a healthcare setting 3. Excellent auditing and data analysis skills.

4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor less experienced social workers.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to and empathise with our clients and their families.

6. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a significant workload efficiently.
