Project Assistant

Seven Social Care is looking for a Project Assistant to fill an exclusive opportunity in High Wycombe!

The role:

You will be assist in the provision of a housing and support service for vulnerable clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure at all times a professional and supportive approach is maintained.
• Assist in the day to day delivery of the service for supported schemes.
• Assist clients in achieving their personalised support outcomes.

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience: Relevant experience.
• Compliance: Up to date DBS.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
