Project Manager – City Development

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Project Manager to work in Liverpool, Merseyside.

This is a full-time locum role paying £316.63 – £400 per day

Within this role you will be working on a range of projects including Schools, leisure centres and depots.

The role is 4-5 days per week for up to 6 months and you will be required to come in the office 3 days per week.

About the role:

Leading the development of projects working with Sponsors and Users, preparing business cases. project delivery strategy. Acting as the Client PM on projects, Managing multidisciplinary project teams. Preparing and managing project budgets, financial reporting, programming and project planning including risk management plans. Preparing consultancy briefs, procuring and managing consultants and service contracts. Site visits

Key Responsibilites:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of city development projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Delivery of buildings from inception to completion across the full range of RIBA stages. Acting as a Client PM for large scale/complex projects.
  • Experience of JCT /NEC contracts Procurement and appointment of specialists – design team, cost planners, external PMs, CA Planning application process, development management Other
  • RICS/RIBA/CIOB/APM qualifications essential.
  • Construction industry recognised Project Management Qualification Must have the ability to undertake site visits.
