Project Manager (Facilities)

Seven Social Care are looking for a Project Manager (Facilities) based in South Thames, this is a temporary post until October 2023. 2-5 days per week, paying £250 per day

The role:

To lead and manage Capital projects across the Colleges Group. Working with the Director of Facilities and Facilities Managers, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The post holder will monitor project and contractors on site to make sure they are delivered to cost, overseeing the work of contractors to ensure works are completed to the highest standard and communicated accordingly to reduce impact to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

      Overseeing projects of various sizes across STCG, the role shall create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Inspecting works completed and monitor project performance to ensure delivery, writing project status reports for upwards escalation on budget, programme, site issues and progress

Excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project on time.

Attending / Chairing stakeholder meetings and updating communication plan for site staff.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

       Level 4 Qualification  

Experience: 2+ years in similar role. 

Compliance: Up to date  DBS.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
