PRS Access Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a PRS Access Officer at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council paying £27

The role:

To provide a comprehensive housing options service working with private sector landlords and letting agents to secure suitable and affordable accommodation to provide housing to homeless clients who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Working with homeless clients to match them to accommodation available.

Ensuring objective, targets and quality standards are met whilst meeting high levels of customer service.

To develop and implement new processes and systems to support recent policy changes in assisting households out of costly temporary accommodation into independent accommodation in the private sector; preventing homelessness and making decisions on resident’s suitability and affordability for different housing pathways.
