This post is agile working and will require the candidate to attend BUXTON Area Office, Kents Bank Rd, Buxton SK17 9HJ.
Essential criteria:
Robust social care assessment skills
Experience of working in an assessment team
Has experience of working with MOSAIC
Worked under the Care Act 2014
Must be a hard worker and can work autonomously
Excellent communication skills
Preferably have Mental Health experience but not essential
Qualifications required:
Social worker qualification and current HCPC registration
