Receptionist

Seven Social Care is looking for a Receptionist at Plymouth City Council

The role:

Reception and general administration duties (100%):  

Undertake diary management and schedule appointments for OCSW services

Communicate with OCSW enquirers over the telephone, via email and face to face contact

Welcome visitors and delivery partners to OCSW

Data entry for OCSW delivery using the appropriate software systems

Printing, photocopying and collation of documents 

Maintain filing and other record systems 

Maintain marketing material stocks

Update website content 

Provide admin support for hosting events and outreach activities

Arrange meetings, refreshments, travel and training courses as required 

Carry out other duties appropriate to the grade of the post
