Seven Social Care are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work with Gloucestershire County Council based in Gloucester. This contract is paying £11.47 per hour.

The role:

To deliver an effective and efficient recruitment administration. The postholder will be part of the corporate recruitment team supporting recruiting managers with the process from advert to offer.

Key Responsibilities:

      Liaise with recruiting managers to understand their recruitment needs and to support them through the recruitment process.

Placing and processing adverts via our e-recruitment system

Releasing applications to the manager. Setting up interview schedules and sending invites, ensuring the manager is kept up dated throughout the process.

Responsible for ensuring new starter processes are completed

Producing and issuing of job offer letters.

To maintain accurate recording of the recruitment process.

Ensuring good customer service to managers and candidates through the process

To give procedural advice to managers and deal with the more complex enquiries in relation to recruitment procedures to include resolution or guidance of queries.

To assist in the development and maintenance of processes undertaken in recruitment.

To undertake those duties which support the achievement of the County Council’s equal opportunities objectives, with particular reference to the targets/positive actions included in the business plans.

The post holder must adhere to all health and safety instructions and take all reasonable care not to do anything that might endanger themselves or others; to report to their line manager any dangerous situations in the workplace or any shortcomings in health and safety arrangements that they perceive.

To enable the best use to be made of available resources there is a need for a commitment to flexibility in the duties of all post holders. To this end the post holder will be required to undertake such other duties and responsibilities which may reasonably be allocated from time to time.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Not Essential
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
