Recruitment and Retention Advisor

Seven Social Care are looking for a Recruitment and Retention Advisor to work with Gloucestershire County Council based in Shire Hall on Westgate Street. This contract is paying £24.73 per hour. The role will be working 2 days in the office per week and 3 from home.

The role:

We are looking for a experienced recruiter who will lead on recruitment campaigns for managers as part of our transformation plan for Highways, Traffic and Transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create the advert
• Liaise with our advertising agency to post on external job boards
• Use social media for advertising 
• Carry out shortlisting
• Arrange the selection process.
• Work with our recruitment administrators to ensure the candidate has a smooth recruitment journey.  

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: Good levels of literacy and numeracy evidenced by GCSEs Grade A – C,
• Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
