Recruitment Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for a Recruitment manager. Hybrid working with flexibility including main office in London Bridge with travel across London and Home Counties.

Pay rate – £20.84 per hour

To develop and implement effective recruitment practice, policy, and procedures for the support and development of high performing teams. To be responsible for all resourcing activity at Hestia both permanent and temporary by managing internal and external relationships with resource providers. To monitor, evaluate and report on resourcing populations to inform and enable resource planning and manage temporary resource expenditure. To ensure all vacancies are advertised promptly and efficiently working along side the recruitment administrators.

The role:

Delivery of day-to-day recruitment services in line with agreed service level agreements.

To develop relationships with recruiting managers in order to provide support and advise on the most timely, appropriate and cost-effective recruitment

Ownership of recruitment-related policy, process and procedures.

Continuously review our recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Managing the attraction of high calibre candidates to Hestia, including the identification and conversion of relevant candidate pools.

Developing assessment and selection practices.

Coaching managers to appropriately manage recruitment activity.

Working with our third-party vendor to maintain and develop the recruitment system.

Build and maintain candidate talent pools
