Registration Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a Registration Officer at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council

The role:

To undertake and assist with all statutory registration and discretionary service technical duties as required. To ensure that the Registration Acts and Regulations and legal obligations of a registrar are applied in a fair and equitable manner.

To provide an administrative support service to the unit and to give advice and assistance to customers accurately and uniformly at all times in accordance with relevant legislation.

To provide the front-line service point for the registration service both face to face, by email and via the telephone and ensure customers are dealt with efficiently, effectively and with due consideration. To ensure that customers have an exceptional customer experience every time they contact and access the service.
