Seven Social Care is looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker at London Borough of Redbridge Council

The role:

Redbridge community rehabilitation service Providing tailored rehabilitation exercises designed by physiotherapists or occupational therapist for patient with various health conditions there homes- stroke, neurological conditions and other health related conditions that has caused reduced or loss of functional ability.
