Residential Worker

Seven Social Care is looking for a Residential Worker at Action For Children in  Buckinghamshire

The role:

Full time (37 hours) posts available for days and nights and 24 hours part time days are available.

This is new project for 1 young person, just outside of Aylesbury Buckinghamshire.  

There is a need to drive to get to various locations whilst the transition is being done.

 Completion for the home will be late summer.  

Full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

 Diploma level 3 in residential care is desirable or experience of working in a child care setting.  

Experience of behaviours that challenge, autism, learning disabilities, sensory processing and mood disorders are essential.

Hours are based on a 37 hour week rota.  Once the home is operational there will be a requirement to work every other weekend, and potential shifts will be 7am – 3pm, 2pm-10pm.
