Senior Lead Administrator

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Senior Lead Administrator to start a new role in Bolton. 

Working as part of a busy office you will assist the Business Manager in ensuring the SEND Assessment Service fulfils its statutory duties both effectively and efficiently. This will include providing advice regarding the EHC Needs Assessment process and the Annual Review process to the users of the SEND Assessment Service, working effectively with team members to help support and improve the work of the team and planning, organising and developing your work to meet specified requirements and deadlines.

This is a temporary position initially for 3 months.

Responsibilities:

Preparing clearly defined documents/presentations

Production of straightforward automated or routine reports to support basic information procedures

Making routine arrangements and bookings according to clearly defined instructions

Receiving visitors and providing/requesting basic information in a courteous and correct manner to promote a positive image of the Council

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Experience at supervisory level in a similar role 

Qualifications: NVQ Administration Level 3 

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours a week
