Senior Performance Analyst

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to work for Wiltshire Council. As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be the primary link between managers, Heads of Service and Directors, understanding their data needs and delivering accurate and consistent reports and insights. Your agility and flexibility will be vital, as demonstrated during the Covid-19 pandemic, where you’ll be empowered to role model the highest performance standards.

Some key information is highlighted below:

Rate: This role is paying £300 per day via an umbrella company. Pay rate can be negotiated.

Hours: 37 hours per week. 9am until 5pm. 

Contract Length: 3 months+

Location: Trowbridge, County Hall

Essential: Background working with databases SQL, SSRS and Proficiency in delivering Adult Services statutory returns (e.g. SALT, ASCOF). Familiarity with Power BI and experience in data exchange with the NHS, along with a good grasp of placement and care package data, will be advantageous.
