Seven Social Care is looking for a Senior Practice Coordinator at Norfolk County Council

The role:

To support the Locality Business Manager and teams in managing and delivering the operational support to Children’s Services, to meet business needs and priorities.

To ensure the support is provided efficiently, effectively and flexibly with high standards of customer care to allow operational staff to have more time to deliver direct work with families.

Effective business operational support is a vital integral element to the success of Children’s Services.

This role is an extended member of the operational team that supports the efficient and compliant performance of teams.
