Seven Social Care is looking for a Senior Social Worker – Dual Diagnosis at Essex County Council

The role:

Full time or part time applications (minimum 3 days per week) can be considered, along with flexible working arrangements. The advertised salary will be pro rata’d for part time hours.

You will work at the forefront of our community mental health treatment teams in the south Essex area providing EPUT’s secondary mental health services. You will also provide specialist mental health knowledge and support to the Drug and Alcohol partnership within South Essex. The post requires an individual with a high degree of flexibility and creativity and a positive, forward-thinking attitude with experience in both Mental Health and Substance Misuse.

We are seeking enthusiastic and resourceful social workers who will have the ability to respond positively and creatively to the needs of our service users. You will play a key part in providing social care service and exemplar social work practice within the Recovery Wellbeing Community Mental Health Team ensuring that excellence of service is provided across the department. You will contribute to change management, concluding ECC’s transformation and ensuring it is configured for continuous improvement adhering to the Key Performance Indicators as provided by ECC under the Section 75 partnership agreement.
