Service Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for a Service Manager to fill a fantastic role in Guildford.

The role:

As the Service Manager you will be responsible for the operational management of a service, or group of services, within a supported housing and/or retirement living setting. You will effectively manage a team to provide a high-quality customer focused service, ensuring delivery of legislative and contractual performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the service/s to provide a high-quality customer focused service.
• Manage team performance to deliver outstanding service, by reviewing work outputs, appraising individual performance, and setting improvement targets.
• Provide motivational leadership, mentoring and coaching to the team, to ensure clarity of direction, effective communication, and development of personal potential.

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years’ experience of managing and developing a small team.
• Qualifications: Formal care, support, or housing qualification.
• Compliance: Up to date DBS.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
• Driver with own vehicle essential.
