Service Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for a Service Manager at North Lincolnshire Council

The role:

The Children with Disabilities Service covers the whole of North East Lincolnshire and works with children and young people across the services 

from Early Help; Direct Payments; short breaks through to Children who have been made subject to a child protection plan, are in pre-proceedings, or care proceedings; Looked After Children and Young People. We work closely with the Integrated Front Door; Children In Care Team and SEND services to ensure the right plans are made for our children and they are at the centre of all that we do.

The Children with Disabilities Service hold a variety of complex situations and work with partnership agencies such as health, schools, SENCO’s; IRO’s and CAFCAS guardians to ensure that our children receive the highest level of care to achieve their best outcomes.
