Service Manager (Refugee and Displaced Families)

Seven Social Care is looking for a Service Manager (Refugee and Displaced Families) at Camden Borough Council

The role:

oversight of Family Early Help’s operational contribution to Camden’s work with displaced and refugee families.

This will include management and leadership of an operational team of early help staff deployed in specific roles that support displaced and refugee families.

You will also be responsible for supporting early help workers across the Early Intervention and Prevention oversight of Family Early Help’s operational contribution to Camden’s work with displaced and refugee families.

This will include management and leadership of an operational team of early help staff deployed in specific roles that support displaced and refugee families.

You will also be responsible for supporting early help workers across the Early Intervention and Prevention division to improve the quality of early help practice in supporting displaced and refugee families.

You will participate as a member of Family Support and Complex Families senior management team and contribute to the Service’s strategic planning and policy and practice development on behalf of the Directorate and Division.
