Sitecore Developer

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Sitecore Developer to work in Norwich, Norfolk. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £350.00 – £450.00 per day (paid to you via an umbrella company).

The role:

To provide technical support for the current Sitecore platform which hosts both the Norfolk County Council website, Intranet (MyNet) and ten standalone websites.

Support and provide technical advice to the two team members in IMT supporting the digital platform.

Work with the NCC Digital Content Team and the IMT Team to support and maintain the current platform.

Liaise with Sitecore regarding support tickets and assist the Applications Delivery Manager in the management of the PAAS contract with Sitecore.

Develop new sites and make changes to existing sites in line with business priorities and a programme of work.

Key Responsibilities:

      Professional technical lead for the team ensuring customer technical problems are resolved through oversight, advice and guidance. Contributes to service strategy as required.

Approves operational procedures and standards for key activities, including security levels, service continuity plans, storage and back up requirements.

Develops standards and plans service delivery targets to achieve team goals identified in the overall service plan and ensure customer requirements are delivered in line with SLAs.

Reviews business performance against that anticipated, analyses patterns and trends to improve performance above SLAs and to anticipate identify and resolve problems.

Keeps abreast of developments related to the service area, reviews, recommends and implements the use of new processes and tools to improve performance.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified and experienced Sitecore Developer.
  • Experience: Experience working as a senior ICT professional and providing excellent customer service.
  • Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
