Social Care Facilitator

Seven Social Care is working with Birmingham City Council to recruit a Social Care Facilitator for their EAB (Enhanced Assessment Beds) service.

Initial 3 month contract

£12.97 per hour Umbrella

35 hours per week

About the job

Working hours 9am to 5pm

The role will be to maintain data records

Working with SW’s and be working under Senior Practioners to support cases and working on discharge.

Be part of the wider admin team.

The applicants will need to be flexible in covering other duties when required

Applicant Requirements:

– Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ is desired.

– Experience: Similar Work experience

– Compliance: Up to date Passport and DBS.

– Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

– Hours: 35 hours p/w.
