Seven Social Care is looking for a Social Care Practitioner in Shropshire

The role:

As a member of the North West Team within Adult Social Care, you will support the delivery of the transformation programme in line with the Council’s vision, values and strategic objectives.

The service is responsible for the provision of a range of services based on the over-riding principle that Older People, people with a physical disability and adults with learning disabilities are entitled to the same dignity and respect, and to the same range and quality of services that are available to other citizens.

They can also access services which are designed to meet their assessed care needs.

The general aim is to promote development and independence in a personalised way.

Key Responsibilities:

responsible to the team manager Katie Parkes who is in turn responsible for the post holder’s health and safety, training and development.

expected to lead and/or contribute to a range of projects and build relations with both internal and external partners in order achieve specified outcomes, but will not have direct authority over those involved
