Social Worker – Project

Seven Social Care are looking for Social Workers for a project within Surrey. There are currently vacancies within Mental Health, Adult MASH, and the Learning Disabilities and Autism Team. The vacancies are located in Leatherhead, Woking, and Guildford, and are paying up to £38 p/h depending on experience.

The role:

The role will include (and therefore we are looking for experience of undertaking):

• Taking part in duty rota
• Adult social care assessments
• Support plans and review
• Safeguarding cases, acting as LEO
• Undertaking CHC checklist / DSTs
• MCA and BI decisions

• Good knowledge of Care Act, financial aspects etc

This role is a full time, locum position, contracted to 36 hours per week. There will be hybrid working involved and expectation is 2-3 days per week in the office.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

Social Work Degree and SWE Registration

Experience: 2+ years working with as an Adult QSW, in the UK, along with successful completion of ASYE if qualified post 2008.

Compliance: RTW in the UK with no restrictions

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 36 hours p/w.
