Specialist Temporary Accommodation Officer

Seven Social Care are currently looking for a Specialist temporary Accommodation Officer to work in Hackney Temporary Accommodation Resettlement service.  You will provide holistic support, formulate, and execute settlement plans, and work towards securing and sustaining accommodation in the private rented sector while promoting integration into their new community.

Some key information is highlighted below:

Rate: This role is paying £13.79 per hour PAYE, with Umbrella options available.

Hours: Full time hours, Monday – Friday. 

Contract Length: 3-6 months+, potential to go perm.

Location: Hackney

Essential: Experience in negotiations, sales, working with private rental landlords, dealing with high volume of cases, target led roles, Housing Act knowledge is desirable but can be taught.
