Support Coordinator

Seven Social Care is looking for a Support Coordinator to fill an exclusive opportunity within the Dorking area as a part of Home Group.

The role:

As Support Coordinator you will be working with adults with mental health in a supported living service. There are lots of challenges but also a lot of fun! The Team are a close one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop client / family or children and young people (as appropriate) led support using person-centered approaches.
  • To undertake assessments and to produce and review support and safety plans for individuals to ensure a high quality standard of support that promotes independent living.
  • To ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing Home’s values, policies and procedures including safeguarding clients / families or children and young people (as appropriate) and other people at risk of abuse.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Evidence of Professional development. Evidence of specialist qualification, skills, or interest in the area applied. Training to meet specialist service standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years working with Adults with mental health issues in a supportive role
  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS. 3 years referencing linked to the role
  • Travel: Full driving license and access to car (where necessary for role)
  • Hours: 40 hours p/w. 9-5 Mon to Fri
