Support Worker – North Hampshire Mental Health Pathway

Seven Social Care are looking for a full time temporary Support Worker to join the team at North Hampshire Mental Health Pathway. The role is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £10.00 per hour.

The role:

We are looking for experienced support workers to work in a new Mental Health Supported Accommodation Contract across North Hampshire. The main office is based in Basingstoke and this is where you will start your induction and complete sleep in shifts. Once training is completed, you will work across other hubs in Alton & Aldershot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage own emotional wellbeing & support to reduce behaviours which may limit life opportunities.
• Promote self-advocacy, support clients to make informed choices about their lives & manage identified risks.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment & provide housing related support.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: N/A
• Experience: Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Compliance: Up to date DBS.
• Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
• Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
