Surveyor

Seven Resourcing are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor in the Sheffield area. MUST HAVE STOCK CONDITIONING EXPERIENCE!

The role:

We need 3 Stock Condition Surveyors, ideally accredited energy assessors accredited by Elmhurst, to produce Energy Performance Certificates.

Knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System is preferred.

These are six month assignments while we run permanent recruitment exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to assess the condition of the home.
• Working with multiple agencies
• Inspect buildings to establish maintenance and repair condition.

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years working in a similar role.
