System Coordinator

Seven Resourcing is working with Nottinghamshire Council to recruit a System Coordinator.

Initial 3 month contract.

£15.63 – £18 per hour dependent on experience.

The post will be mainly home based (laptop will be supplied) with occasional office working. However the first week would be office based and our main office base is County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford NG2 7QP.

We are looking for an additional temporary member of staff to cover a long term illness. This person would need to have experience of report writing using SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports or Business Objects technologies.

Manage the provision of on-going support, maintenance and implementation of departmental information systems to ensure the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of the Council’s prime case management, education and youth justice systems, providing 1st and 2nd line end-user support. 

1.    Lead, manage and coordinate senior user groups and user relationships to support the delivery of ICT solutions that meet key departmental business drivers and priorities

2.    To utilise functional/technical expertise deliver operational business reporting across departmental systems. Including design, creation, maintenance and documentation of new and amended reports using SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports and Business Objects technologies.

3.    Monitor, maintain and manage departmental information systems in steady-state operation for local practitioners, stakeholders and service areas.

4.    Provide the day to day account management across departmental information systems, including managing relationships and complaints and evaluating and reporting on perceived service performance
