Team Leader Care & Support Team

Seven Social Care is looking for a Team Leader in the Care & Support Team to fill an exclusive opportunity in Westminster.

 We have opportunities available for up to 12 months and the pay is £27.49 per hour.

 The Hiring manager is looking for someone who can work 36 hours a week (various shifts available from Monday to Sunday).

The role:

This role will be part of the new team that has been formed to support our most vulnerable residents. The Care & Support team will make outbound contact to conduct Tenancy Housing reviews which will gather extensive tenancy information and in depth understanding of vulnerabilities in the household. The Team of 15 will be in place for 6 months and require a temporary Team Leader/Manager for daily operational support and management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  Coach and develop a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Work with the team to set and deliver against personal and business objectives.

Deliver ongoing performance improvement through effective 121s and coaching, in line with the Fairer Westminster

Manage underperformance within the team to successful and positive outcomes for both advisors and the Council.

You will be managing and improving the quality and output of the team’s work.

Act as a point of escalation for residents.
