Seven Social Care are looking for a Team Manager to line manage 5 staff members in a Mental Health and Accommodation Service in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This is a temporary contract initially for 3 months with the possibility of placement extension.

The role of a Team Manager:

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and day to day functioning of the High Support element of the MH Rehabilitation and Recovery Accommodation and Support Service ( 4 x 24/7 houses) and support for the Team Leader in the low floating support element.

Key Responsibilities as a Team Manager:

  • To lead the running and strategic development of the high support element of the MH Rehabilitation and Recovery Service.
  • Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of partnerships and engagement strategies for the high support service.
  • To develop joint working and monitoring protocols with key stakeholders and partners for the high support element
  • To manage all elements of service performance related to the contract requirements including analysis of KPIs, outcomes and user experience measures for the high support service.
  • To lead on the timely and accurate submission of all internal and external reports detailing interim strategies to address any areas of underperformance in the high support service, in line with contract requirements

Applicant Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience of managing accommodation-based support services for people with mental health and complex needs, knowledge of issues affecting those individuals.
  • Compliance: DBS on the Update Service, Right to Work in the UK
  • Hours: 39 hours a week
