Technical Assistant (Admin and Clerical)

Seven Social Care is looking for a Technical Assistant (Admin and Clerical) at Caerphilly County Borough Council

The role:

Looking for candidate to start as soon as possible !

It is full time office based but could become agile working after training.

General Admin Duties

Provide accurate and timely technical support to managers.

Effectively manage information, data and systems.

Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems and key performance data in conjunction with the Performance and Asset Management Group.

Develop and maintain internal relationships to help maintain information flow and meet agreed targets.

Continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs.

–    Co-ordinate meetings, arrange venues and record meetings to a high standard.

–    Preparing reports and drafting general documents and correspondence.

–    Providing support to managers tasked with responding to FOI or subject access requests.

–    Monitoring of KPI data across all contracts required following the completion of work on Council properties.
