Workforce Analytics Manager

Seven Resourcing is working with Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council to recruit a Workforce Analytics Manager for their Human Resources department.

Initial contract until April 2024.

£23.09 per hour

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Workforce Analytics Manager to start asap to work until April 2024.

Duties:

1.0        Employee Survey – Work with external provider to conduct, analyse and present employee survey results.

2.0        Sickness Absence Monitoring – quarterly report to Leadership Team/ analysis and overview as required. Target setting as and when required.

3.0       Provision of HR performance Indicators for the performance management framework.

4.0        Overseeing provision of HR Management Information; EDI monitoring; Gender Pay Reporting; Transparency Code and other statutory reporting.

5.0        Analysis and presentation of data as required.

6.0        Oversee the creation and upkeep of work structures.

7.0        Planning/ allocating work for the team/ dealing with escalations providing resolution to issues.

8.0        Overseeing provision of adhoc information requests.

9.0        Completion of benchmarking surveys.

10.0     Overseeing upkeep of HR intranet 

11.0     Line management of team members 

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

Relevant Qualification

Experience: 2+ years experience

Compliance: Up to date Passport

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
