We mainly offer temporary contracts, but as part of a group of agencies specialising in this industry, we can easily connect you to permanent employment opportunities, too.

For jobseekers, using a recruitment agency is free. Occasionally, you may have to pay for additional training and compliance, but this will always be clearly communicated, and you will never pay anything you haven’t agreed to.

If you are in a permanent position, your employer will pay you directly (usually monthly). If you are working in a temporary contract role, you will be paid via your umbrella company or ltd company, depending on which one you choose.

It’s up to you to choose an umbrella company, but we always recommend choosing an FCSA-certified company. FCSA certification means an umbrella company adheres to rigorous standards and compliance regarding legalities, financial transparency, and ethical operations.

Our most regular placements are within substance misuse, nursing, and recovery. We are also a leading supplier of NMPs! However, our huge network of candidates and instant access to major job boards means we can help you with almost any staffing requirement.

Although our HQ is in Suffolk, we can (and do) provide staff nationwide. No matter how remote or complex your staffing requirements are, we will always support you in finding the people you need.

Every role is different, so the cost of recruitment is too. However, we always negotiate a rate you are happy with, and you only pay once you find the staff you need. For permanent staff, you will pay a percentage of their annual salary, and for temporary hires, you will be charged hourly.

We cannot predict exact hiring times because the requirements of each vacancy differ drastically; however, we have hundreds of five-star reviews vouching for our rapid speed and 20+ major recruitment awards for good measure.

It’s extremely rare that one of our candidates isn’t a great fit for a client, but just in case, rebate policies are included in the terms & conditions for you to review before recruitment starts, giving you peace of mind throughout.
