Today, we bring you a high-flying tale of bravery, adventure, and a whole lot of fun. Our Seven Resourcing daredevils have once again risen to the occasion, and this time, we took to the skies – all in support of the incredible Ormiston Families charity.
Hold onto your parachutes; you’re in for a wild ride!
A Leap of Faith: When the idea of a charity skydive was first floated (pun intended) around the Seven Resourcing office, you could feel the excitement and nervous energy in the air. A team of nine intrepid adventurers from various departments and with varying levels of skydiving experience stepped forward, ready to take the plunge.
Training? Check. Jumpsuits? Check. A steely determination and a desire to make a difference? Double-check! With everything in place, our team headed to the airstrip in sunny Suffolk, ready to soar through the skies and raise funds for a cause near and dear to our hearts.
9 Jumpers, Infinite Smiles , £1,032 Raised
Ormiston Families has been doing incredible work, supporting children, young people, and families across East Anglia, and we were all too eager to contribute to their mission. With sponsorships from friends, family, and colleagues pouring in, the excitement was palpable.
One by one, our brave jumpers took to the skies, hearts racing and smiles wide. The freefall was exhilarating, the parachute ride serene, and the landing? A sweet, sweet victory.
We laughed, we may have cried a little, but most importantly, we celebrated – not just our personal achievements but the difference made for a wonderful charity in Ormiston Families.
Together, our fantastic nine raised an impressive £1,032 for Ormiston Families. Every penny will go towards empowering and supporting those in need, helping to create a brighter, more hopeful future.
A Big, Sky-High Thank You

The Final Jump: As we hang up our jumpsuits (for now), we are left with incredible memories, a sense of accomplishment, and the knowledge that we’ve made a difference. The sky was the limit, and we soared right through it.
